Jacki Phillips
Jacki was elected as Executive Board Member of the Local in August 2026. She started in the State of Minnesota in 2024 at the Minnesota Department of Revenue as a Collections Officer, and is now in a Revenue Examiner role.
Jacki joined the union because she believes in the power of workers and that a job shouldn't have to be a bad experience.
She enjoys gardening, foraging, and, most of all, being a mom to her smart and funny as hell kids.
